Integrated housing development and golf estate development on 140ha of disused sand quarry and farmland with indigenous vegetation and granite boulders, overlooking the Magaliesberg mountains. Appointed by Montagu Properties to provide urban design and architectural services including the formulation of the urban design framework and precinct plans for the entire estate and the design and implement various housing typologies , including mansion blocks, attached and semi-detached units, gate houses, and a club house.

The development provides a total living environment in unique residential precincts for a new community of approximately 8,000 people . The precincts are structured around an interconnected open space system designed to accommodate a golf course and passive and active recreation. The design intention is to provide a distinct and balanced environment, anchored around natural and architectural features, open to imposing views, with neighbourhood structures clustered around communal spaces. The club house is a special facility designed to be used as a community centre accessible to all residents of the estate.
