Appointed by the Johannesburg Property Company to: prepare an urban design framework for the development of the waterfront areas at Orlando Ekhaya to support private sector investment; structure the pedestrian connections and public transport facilities and other linkages with the University of Johannesburg located south of the site; define the public facilities that could be located within it to activate the site; and identify key catalytic projects.
