The Silos, Newtown – Conversion of an existing, derelict industrial
building into affordable residential units.
The client wanted to create a unique offering at the lower end
of the housing market , as well as have a building
that would make a strong visual statement on the renaissance
of the Newtown area.
This project is the first of a two phase development that will
see the larger silos building being developed in early 2011.
The development consists of 90 units ranging in size from 23.5sqm
to 50sqm.
